管理制度不行，用一种所谓的团队模式将个人牢牢套住。就比如说一条生产线是由一群人组成的，如果里面某个人请了假那么这个生产线就会有一个空位，而这个空位就要用其他成员分配。意思就是说，他不是按照人的个数来分配任务，而是根据货量的大小。即使一条生产线只剩下一个人，量还是那么大，在这样的情况下。如果由10个人组成的生产线，其中就有5个人请假或者旷工，那么剩下的五个人就要担当那5个没有来的责任（一个人做两个人用）。你不好请假，因为你一请假的其他人就觉得不舒服。少了你，他们就要多做事情。

环境压抑。富士康的环境状态不好，特别是在深圳观澜富士康。里面有个一个产品叫做colp，是跟苹果公司生产的一个电子产品。里面的气味很难闻，车间几台大概有400台，一旦运行，里面的噪音就会让人觉得头晕。空气不好，没有窗户。阴暗，噪音，单一。

一天在富士康出了排队集合就是打卡。有时候等上半个小时，现在我的火气特别大。但是还不至于跳楼！
